Palletizing and Freight Shipments: Orders that require palletizing or involve larger freight shipments may incur an additional flat rate.
International Orders:
Customs Liability: LA Vapor Wholesale is not responsible for shipments held or seized by Customs in your country. As some countries prohibit the import of nicotine products, it is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws. We do not offer refunds for orders affected by customs issues.

Return Policy:
Defective Products: Returns for defective products are accepted within 180 days of purchase.
Return Requirements: Returns must include the original invoice and/or reference number, original packaging, and all original pieces for a full refund. Items lacking original packaging will be denied.
Final Sale: All sales are final on clearance and sale items. These products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for devices containing liquids/e-juice (e.g., disposables, closed-pod systems, e-juice bottles) or non-defective products.
Return Shipping: Customers must provide a shipping label for any denied products. Products not returned with a label within 30 days will be disposed of.
DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products:
Definition: Products are considered DOA if they fail within the first 14 calendar days after receipt.
Post-14 Days: After 14 days, returns will follow the regular RMA process. DOA products will be tested, and if not found defective, the return will be denied.
Credit Application: Credit will be applied to your account upon receipt, inspection, and approval of the DOA product by the LA Vapor Returns Department.
Return Shipping: Customers must provide a shipping label for denied DOA products. If a shipping label is not provided within 30 days, the products will be disposed of.
RMA Request: Submit the RMA request form hereto start a return for defective products.
Received Expired or Incorrect In-House Product:
Reporting: If you receive an incorrect or expired product, complete our customer support form within 5-7 business days of delivery.
Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition in which it was received.
